OneDrive/ SharePoint Consultant - Off Hours P/T

I am working with a client that is experiencing issues with OneDrive sync reliability across the company. They are seeking a consultant who can resolve these issues, educate the company on efficient sharing and syncing with SharePoint, help the define and enforce privacy rules for external sharing with clients and third parties, implement processes for adding, removing, and reviewing access, and ultimately support development of an intranet that starts with a single business unit then expands companywide after a successful proof of concept. They will also be migrating to Sharepoint and may need ongoing support.
