* Develop and maintain automation scripts for cluster provisioning and ongoing maintenance using tools like Ansible and Helm
* Monitor OpenShift clusters for performance, scalability, and reliability
* Troubleshoot issues at the application, infrastructure, platform, and container levels

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Cloud Engineer
* Expert-level hands-on experience with OpenShift OCP (v4.12+ preferred), including on-prem deployment and cluster operations
* Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and virtualized infrastructure
* Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI)
* Proficient in automation scripting (Ansible, Helm, etc.)
* Solid troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, container, and platform layers
* Strong understanding of container orchestration and security best practices

Nice-to-Haves:
* Relevant certifications: RHCE, CKA/CKAD, VMware, etc.
* Experience with OpenShift Virtualization
