Job Details

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. This role involves coordinating internal departments, managing operational processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee operations activities to meet business objectives and deadlines.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Manage budgets, resources, and forecasts to optimize operational costs.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to enhance productivity and performance.

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance) to streamline processes.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Handle vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement and service delivery.

  • Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance and progress for senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master s preferred).

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role (typically 3-5 years).

  • Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient with MS Office and operational software (e.g., ERP systems).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
