Description
We are looking for an experienced Operational Technology Support specialist to join our team in Lee, Massachusetts. This Contract-to-Permanent position requires someone with a strong background in hardware analysis and compliance within manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement across production processes.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to manufacturing activities to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor and manage departmental quality management system records, including tracking due and overdue items.
Communicate the status of quality documentation to production management on a regular basis.
Manage alarm systems in manufacturing areas to support operational compliance.
Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing practices align with regulatory and internal standards.
Assist in developing training materials and facilitating training sessions to maintain compliance and improve operational knowledge.
Generate and present departmental performance statistics to production management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct assessments of production line utilization and equipment efficiency to drive capacity planning.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes to enhance operational performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in hardware analysis, particularly in manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and PLC systems.
Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory standards in manufacturing.
Ability to conduct investigations and generate reports for quality documentation such as CAPAs, Change Requests, and Deviations.
Proficiency in creating and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
Expertise in capacity planning and performance analysis, including equipment efficiency and production line utilization.
Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and compliance requirements.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and departments.
