Oracle APEX Developer
St. Petersburg, FL
Full Time - Permanent Role


We're looking for a Senior Oracle APEX Developer to lead the design, development, and support of our in-house Project Management and Estimating Tools.
The ideal candidate has deep Oracle expertise, strong application architecture skills, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.


Responsibilities:
Lead development and deployment using Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable applications
Mentor team members and conduct code reviews
Build RESTful APIs and optimize SQL/PLSQL for performance
Manage release cycles, deployments, and version control
Troubleshoot across environments and ensure compliance with standards


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years Oracle APEX and PL/SQL development experience
Skilled in Oracle ORDS, APEX Collections, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience with REST APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and security best practices.
