Job Description:

1. Hands-on techno functional experience and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to Support Blue Yonder solutions for Portfolio Master Management along with SCPO & Category
2. Experience to work as liaison between business managers, and other support teams
3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders regarding Blue Yonder system functionality, data issues, and integration challenges.
4. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights relevant to PMM processes. Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively. Must be proficient in SQL queries.
5. Capacity to write meaningful technical specifications that convey script algorithm in understandable language.
6. Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
8. Ability to schedule existing scripts in an automated scheduling tool, such as Control-M.
9. Ability to document & maintain Functional & technical Specifications.
10. Should have application support experience of end-to-end Supply Planning Solution implementation for PMM. At least one support experience is preferable.
11. Proactively identify the problems and quick resolution
12. Understanding of all integration processes for outbound and inbound feed
13. Should have strong scripting skills in PL/SQL & Unix Shell scripting development
14. Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
15. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, system enhancements, and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Blue Yonder implementation and support activities.
