Pay Range:$42.14-$60.20/Hrs
Description
* Design and develop technical solutions in a customer care and billing application.
* Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Support both production environments and capital projects.
* Work within an Agile Framework to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest application releases, features, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain the customer care and billing application.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
* Write complex queries and code to support the application.
* Integrate the application with other systems using web services.
* Establish and follow best practices in alignment with industry standards.
* Provide technical guidance and support for enterprise projects and deployments.
* Monitor services and provide on-call production support.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years experience in developing and maintaining customer care and billing applications.
* Strong proficiency in developing customizations and integrations within the application.
* Experience in programming, database languages, and scripting.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
