Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets Solution Lead/SME to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, particularly Fixed Assets.
- Lead the end-to-end solution design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Define architecture best practices and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to support configuration, integration, and data migration.
- Provide thought leadership and expert guidance in Oracle Cloud Financials (with a focus on Fixed Assets).
- Manage solution design documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and test scripts.
- Support change management and training for users on new Fixed Assets processes.
- Provide oversight during UAT and deployment phases to ensure solution integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fixed Assets modules.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of Oracle Financials experience, with at least 3+ years on Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets (core functionalities, setups, asset categories, depreciation methods, asset transfers, retirements, tax books, etc.).
- Deep understanding of integrations between Fixed Assets and other Oracle Cloud modules (Payables, Projects, General Ledger).
- Experience with data conversion/migration of fixed assets from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Strong functional and technical acumen with ability to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Oracle certification in Financials Cloud or Fixed Assets is a plus.
- Fixed Assets experience of other ERP would be PLUS.
