RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Benefits Specialist in New York, NY.

Summary:
Join a team of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM experts supporting the implementation and post go-live optimization of the Benefits module. This role is hands-on throughout the build and support phases, ensuring smooth configuration, rollout, and ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and support Oracle Cloud Benefits (plans, dependents, limits, etc.)
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve issues and improve processes
* Participate in testing and troubleshooting during implementation and beyond
* Roll out new functionality and maintain system configuration
* Provide user support and identify process improvements

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits module
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to gather requirements and write specifications
* Bonus: Experience with PeopleSoft Benefits, ServiceNow, and time capture devices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
