Job Level: Senior Job Qualification (Required Experience and Skills)
Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle Fusion Technical and identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
Develop reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL.
Create and maintain technical components like Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and APIs.
Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) – HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.
Experience of working on large-scale, complex transformation projects with strong documentation skills.
Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files.
Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.
Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.
Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout from technical side of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Basic understanding of payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards etc.
Support the unit testing and user acceptance testing for Oracle HCM interfaces and/or data migration, raising/fixing any potential bugs found and provide advice and guidance in this area.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
Perform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
