What's the Job?
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and custom objects.
- Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, conversion, and development tools such as SOA, BI Publisher, HCM Extract, HDLs, UCM repository, and Oracle Integration Cloud Services.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the quality and performance of cloud-based HR applications and integrations.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in cloud development and integration.
What's Needed?
- Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, development, and integration tools.
- Proven leadership skills in managing development teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based HR systems and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
