Job Title: Oracle Cloud OM Functional Consultant

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite – 4 days per week)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud OM modules and proven experience in leading multiple end-to-end implementations. This role requires strong functional knowledge, business process understanding, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle Cloud OM implementations, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure Oracle Cloud OM modules, including Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and related integrations.
• Provide functional expertise in designing workflows, approvals, and order orchestration processes.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide post-implementation support.
• Work closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and customizations.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and Oracle standards throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• 14–15 years of overall experience in Oracle ERP solutions.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud Order Management.
• Strong understanding of OM-related modules: Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, and related integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in San Jose, CA (4 days per week).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
• Knowledge of integration with third-party systems.
• Certification in Oracle Cloud applications is a plus.
