Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Cloud Procurement Lead to join our robust Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will have proven end-to-end Cloud project experience leading core module areas of expertise, aligning key deliverables and milestone metrics, and delivering comprehensive business solutions to clients. As a key member of our motivated team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers and consultants to develop, plan and implement Cloud solutions across our growing practice.

This position requires approximately 30% travel to client sites (nationwide) as well as remote work from your home office within the United States only International locations will not be considered. This full-time role may include working occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide functional Oracle Cloud consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire Cloud application services implementation life cycle
  • Identify business requirements and map them to the ERP Cloud functionality
  • Conduct Functional Design Workshops
  • Identify functionality gaps and build extensions for them
  • Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
  • Configure application to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
  • Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions
  • Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts
  • Validate configuration and data
  • Lead migration of configuration, integrations and extensions to production
  • Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
  • Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
  • Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experienced with 3-5 year's in a Functional Lead role
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement through a full life cycle project
  • Strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP with Procurement modules including:
    • Self Service Procurement
    • Purchasing
    • Sourcing
    • Supplier Contracts
    • Supplier Portal
    • Contracts
  • Ability to lead other functional resources through the different project phases
  • Travel to clients sites as needed
  • Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
  • Must be already be living in the US
