Prestigious Enterprise Company is currently seeking an Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant, Candidate will analyze business requirements, designs and configures solutions, and supports implementations. Key duties include gathering requirements, creating functional design documents, collaborating with technical teams, leading testing (UAT), and providing end-user training and support. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional design and build of Oracle EPM Planning Cloud models tailored to manufacturing organizations, including:
    • Demand & supply planning alignment
    • Production planning & cost forecasting
    • Inventory, capacity, and workforce planning
    • Capital project and equipment lifecycle planning
  • Translate manufacturing KPIs—such as throughput, OEE, cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory turns, and material variances—into robust planning and forecasting models.
  • Design driver-based cost structures incorporating BOMs, routings, labor rates, machine hours, overhead absorption, and SKU-level profitability.
  • Configure forms, dashboards, business rules, Smart Lists, and data models that support integrated financial and operational planning.
  • Facilitate workshops with Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to understand planning cycles and operational constraints.
  • Partner with technical teams to integrate EPM with ERP systems (Oracle or others), MES data sources, and supply chain planning systems (e.g., MRP/MPS).
  • Align financial planning with sales & operations planning (S&OP/IBP) to improve visibility into demand, supply, and cost impacts.
  • Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and functional documentation.
  • Support end-to-end project execution including build, SIT, UAT, cutover, and production rollout.
  • Develop and deliver user training tailored to manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Recommend industry-leading practices for manufacturing planning, cost modeling, and supply chain optimization.
  • Evaluate quarterly EPM Cloud updates and propose improvements that enhance operational accuracy and planning efficiency.
  • Monitor performance and ensure planning models reflect changes in product mix, capacity, and cost structures.

Qualifications:

  • 3–7+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle EPM Planning Cloud in manufacturing or supply-chain–heavy environments.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, manufacturing finance, and operational planning cycles.
  • Experience designing or supporting planning processes such as production forecasting, BOM-based costing, inventory planning, COGS forecasting, or capacity planning.
  • Ability to translate operational metrics into financial planning models.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex operational data.
