Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management (OM) Consultant
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Duration: Contract to hire
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management (OM) Consultant with strong functional expertise and hands-on implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed at least two end-to-end Oracle Cloud Order Management implementations, with deep involvement in business process design, configuration, testing (including User Integration Testing UIT), and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM) module implementations, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Configure Oracle Cloud OM, Pricing, and related SCM modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Inventory, and Finance to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
- Prepare and execute User Integration Testing (UIT) scenarios and validate end-to-end business processes.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Develop functional design documents for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
- Provide post-implementation support and user training.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management implementations (must have).
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Hands-on experience with configuration, testing (SIT, UIT, UAT), and deployment.
- Knowledge of related modules like Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, Procurement, and AR integrations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex functional issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in remote or hybrid team environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud SCM Certification (Order Management track).
- Experience in integration testing with third-party systems.
- Exposure to migration from Oracle EBS to Cloud OM.
