Job Title: Oracle DBA Senior Technology Architect
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months plus

Role Summary:
We are seeking a senior Oracle DBA with 12+ years of experience to lead cross-platform Oracle database migrations and GoldenGate replication. The role involves designing, executing, and validating large-scale Oracle migrations with minimal downtime.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong Oracle DBA experience (12c, 19c) installation, configuration, administration

  • Cross-platform migration using RMAN CONVERT, Data Pump, Transportable Tablespaces

  • Oracle GoldenGate setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting

  • Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard expertise

Nice to Have:

  • Linux/Unix scripting

  • Performance tuning and query optimization

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute cross-platform Oracle database migrations (AIX, RHEL)

  • Configure and manage Oracle GoldenGate for zero-downtime replication

  • Perform pre/post-migration assessments and performance optimization

  • Ensure high availability, data integrity, and disaster recovery

  • Collaborate with application teams and provide documentation/knowledge transfer
