Job Details
Position: Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid 2-3 Days)
Duration: Long term contract
Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa independent consultants
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS with specific focus on HCM Core HR, System Administration.
- Customize and technically configure Oracle EBS HCM Core.
- Collaborate with Workday SI and Oracle EBS Core Support team to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Updating existing integrations to adapt to changes to Workday
- Streamlining data flows across impacted subsystems
- Standardizing integrations to align with United's architecture standards
- Modify existing integrations both inbound and outbound employee / people data to accommodate for changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS HCM integrations and data flows
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities related to People data
- Work Closely with Core support, business and SIs in Technical testing
- Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures
- Problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage security roles and data access within Oracle EBS System (User) Administration, ensuring compliance and proper access controls
- Contribute to HR system implementations
