Job Details

Our client is looking for an Oracle ERP Cloud Consultant in Newark, NJ (HYBRID).

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise. The consultant will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying Oracle Cloud SaaS solutions, integrating, and extending these solutions using Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This position involves writing code, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of Oracle ERPCloud while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

The Technical Consultant will collaborate with the business and IT teams to design and develop various customizations for Oracle Fusion ERP. Scope includes developments in technical areas such as VBCS, OIC, PL/SQL, SOAP, REST, ATP Database, OTBI, and ADFDI.

  • Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs): Create comprehensive BRDs for interfaces, reports, data conversions, and application extensions specific to Oracle Cloud ERP applications.
  • Design RICEW Objects: Design and document RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) objects, and prepare the solution blueprint to guide project implementation.
  • Design and develop technical objects for technical areas such as VBCS, OIC, PL/SQL, SOAP, REST, ATP Database, OTBI, and ADFDI.
  • Experience with middleware technologies, with demonstrated knowledge of integration platforms (preferably OIC), integration patterns, and orchestration development.
  • Experience in Design and develop OIC integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and legacy systems.
  • Design, develop, and deploy complex Oracle Integration solutions using Oracle ERP Cloudtools and PaaS offerings.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, including integration adapters, process applications, and file transfer capabilities.
  • Proficient in Fusion-based Integration development utilizing OIC and VBCS (design, implementation, and support for Oracle ERP Fusion Applications and Integrations)
  • Skilled in ESS Jobs, Flex Fields (DFF, EFF, KFF), Lookups, Value sets.
  • Technical Expertise Encompassing Fusion APIs, FBDI, ADF DI Loads, BIP and OTBI Reports
  • Design and Develop reports using different methodologies. (BI, OTBI, BICC)
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions to analyze requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for integrations, including design specifications, technical architecture, and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure a thorough understanding of OIC integrations.
  • Customize pages using sandbox environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and independently contribute to development activities that include Integrations, Extensions, Customizations and Data Migrations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
