Duration: 6-12 months with potential to convert to full time

Overview:

The Client is looking for an experienced ERP Program Manager with a track record of delivering ERP implementations, configuration and support with either Oracle or SAP.

The Client is looking to implement either Oracle or SAP across the company and will need a Program Manager who can plan, execute, and oversee the implementation and subsequent activities.

We want someone with expertise across Oracle ERP suite, but this initiative will have a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including connecting and automating financial management processes, including payables, receivables, fixed assets, expenses, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with C-Suite, IT, business stakeholders, finance and accounting to understand goals and challenges of ERP initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee ERP system implementations to improve business processes and efficiency.
  • Develop project plans, manage budgets and timelines, identify and resolve risks associated with ERP initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendors to ensure organizational goals are met.
  • Ensure user adoption and transition into post-implementation roles, such as creating a center of excellence to manage ongoing ERP operations and upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Program Manager leading implementations for large organizations.
  • Technical knowledge to manage system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Project management experience, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Experience using Smartsheets for project planning and Azure DevOps for SDLC process (requirements, documentation, test cases, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills to lead team, stakeholder, and vendor coordination.
  • An Executive presence: ability to work regularly with the C-Suite and manage other PMs.
  • Ability to hold people accountable, have tough conversations, and lead people and processes in a deadline-driven environment.
