- 6-9 years of professional experience with hands-on experience.
- Experience of Implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning
- Experience of Multi-Region/Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent Configuration & Administration
- Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
- Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions, and functional setups.
- Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with the full project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
- Experience on Oracle Journeys
- Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
- Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
- Experience of conducting CRP (conference room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
- Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System
- Experience in implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantageous.
- Experience on Documentum
- Knowledge of Skill Nexus and GEN AI in Oracle.
- Knowledge on LLM's
- Familiarity with HCM ADP connector will be added advantage.
