? Ensure ERP changes and enhancements are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal validation procedures, contributing to audit readiness.

? Provide internal front-line support for ERP issues raised from ERP Analysts and business users and manage escalation of complex issues to outside third-party support, as needed. ? Collaborate with functional departments to proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to streamline ERP workflows and business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

? Build and maintain reporting solutions including standard reports, ad hoc queries, dashboards, and KPI monitoring.

? Support data integrity, user access governance, and compliance with applicable internal controls and quality standards.

? Participate in data migration, system integration, and system validation activities as needed.

? Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior ERP analysts and power users. ? Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and training materials.

? Assist in the evaluation and selection of potential vendors, systems and services.

Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field of study and, typically, 5+ years of relevant experience supporting ERP systems in a business systems, functional analyst, or technical lead role. Knowledge of regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485, QSR) is advantageous.

? Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is highly preferred; experience with other major ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Workday) will be considered with strong transferable skills.

? Advanced functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Project Management modules.

? Solid understanding of ERP architecture, data structures, reporting tools, and integration points.

? Hands-on experience with query tools (e.g., SQL, BI tools) and report development.

? Experience participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, and/or major enhancement projects.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software programs.
