Job Title: Oracle Fusion Consultant
Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site/Hybrid )
Job Summary:
Oracle Fusion Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and/or HCM modules and a strong background in supporting enterprise business processes in a public sector environment.
This position will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, Financials, Procurement, HCM specify based on role).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud configurations, reports, and workflows.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve service tickets within SLAs.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and deploy solutions across multiple modules.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specs, user guides, test scripts, and training materials.
- Support integration between Oracle Fusion and other third-party applications (e.g., tax engines, payment gateways, legacy systems).
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and support to end-users and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with government procurement and financial regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications in a functional or techno-functional role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, Payables, General Ledger, or HCM.
- Experience in end-to-end implementations and post-go-live support.
- Understanding of Oracle SaaS cloud architecture, data models, and security/role configurations.
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI file processing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting Oracle Fusion for public sector or government entities.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or PaaS extensions.
- Understanding of Federal and State financial compliance in cloud environments.
- Oracle Cloud certification (e.g., Oracle Cloud Financials Certified Implementation Specialist).
