Position: Oracle Fusion ERP Admin Consultant Oracle Fusion Security
Location: Watsonville, CA
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
This role is a hands-on Oracle Fusion Security / ERP Admin Consultant supporting security and environment operations across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM. The position focuses on user access, role-based security, auditing, and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC), while also assisting with environment refreshes, monitoring, patching, and SaaS object migrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer user access and role-based security for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM, ensuring appropriate least-privilege access.
- Configure, review, and maintain security roles and data access, including user provisioning, imports, and adjustments using standard Oracle Cloud tools.
- Monitor and manage auditing and access controls using Oracle RMC to minimize SoD and access violations.
- Investigate and resolve security and access-related issues by partnering with Security, Network, Development, and Product teams.
- Support environment operations: assist with environment refreshes, planned outages, system monitoring, configuration updates, and patch activities in Oracle SaaS environments.
- Migrate and manage SaaS/PaaS objects (OIC integrations, BI Publisher reports, BICC extracts, ESS jobs) between environments following change control processes.
- Log, track, and follow up on service requests in My Oracle Support (MOS) and ServiceNow tickets until resolution.
- Adhere to governance, documentation, and audit standards for security configuration, user provisioning, and change history.
Job Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years overall ERP administration and application security experience.
- At least one end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with focus on security design, testing, and rollout.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud security concepts: job roles, duty roles, data roles, role hierarchy, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle RMC for access control, SoD management, and SaaS security.
- Understanding of Oracle SaaS patching and quarterly release cycles, including impact assessment on security and access.
- Experience migrating configurations and managing backups/exports/imports for Oracle SaaS applications.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) concepts is preferred.
