Job Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid only - 2 Days on Site - HQ (Vienna, VA)- Proffered, Pensacola, FL (Optional) - Locals
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion ERP Test/Business Analyst to support our ongoing Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. This role will focus on designing, executing, and automating test scenarios across financial modules to ensure high performance, accuracy, and compliance.
The ideal candidate combines strong Oracle Fusion ERP expertise, financial process knowledge, and data analysis skills. You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to identify process optimization opportunities and deliver agile, data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities-
Design, author, execute, and automate test scripts for Oracle Fusion ERP using tools such as Opkey, Selenium, or similar.

Conduct functional, integration, regression, and negative testing across financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, Expenses, Projects).

Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including planning, execution, validation, and documentation.

Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and enhance system efficiency.

Document user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria in alignment with Agile methodology.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).

Partner with development teams to ensure accurate implementation and validation of requirements.

Support change management within Finance and Accounting, including stakeholder assessments and communication plans.

Develop and manage project plans and risk mitigation roadmaps to strengthen financial controls and data governance.

Ensure preventative, detective, and corrective controls are implemented and monitored.

Act as a liaison with Finance Leadership on ERP data governance and process improvements.

5 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP implementation or support.

Deep functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Cash Management, and Expenses modules.

Strong understanding of data integration, mapping, governance, and warehousing concepts.

Hands-on experience with ERP testing tools (Opkey, Selenium, Oracle Test Manager).

Proficiency with ETL tools and data transformation techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven root cause analysis capability.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data analysis/reporting tools.

Proficiency in SQL and Python for automation and data analysis.

Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA).

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and big data tools (Databricks, Spark, Hadoop).

Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, or Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).

Knowledge of other ERP systems (SAP, Workday) a plus.

Strong leadership and mentoring experience.

Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
