Baer is looking for Oracle Fusion Financials Lead for a long term project located in Oak Ridge, TN
Title: Oracle Fusion Financials Lead
Location: Hybrid - 40-50% travel to Oak Ridge, TN
Duration: 4 tracks, 30-month timeframe based on scope- 2 weeks to onboard. Initial 3-4 months discovery phase

Description:
- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Financials Cloud solutions
- Design and configure modules such as General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide hands-on leadership through all project phases, including system design, testing, training, and deployment
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
- Support integration with Accounting Hub and other Oracle ERP Cloud modules
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials experience, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations
- Deep expertise in General Ledger and familiarity with AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting
- Strong knowledge of both federal and commercial ERP/financial business processes
- Experience with Oracle Accounting Hub
- Proven ability to lead complex implementations and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to upskill and certify in Oracle ERP Cloud modules
