Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant – Procurement & Contracts
Long Term Contract | Huston TX | Onsite | Need locals 

Role Overview

The Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant will support and enhance Procurement and Contracts modules for a public-sector airport environment. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technical teams to ensure stable operations and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional support and enhancements for Oracle Fusion Procurement

    • Purchasing

    • Self-Service Procurement (SSP)

    • Supplier Management

  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Contracts

    • Contract Authoring

    • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs

  • Support setups, configurations, and functional testing (SIT/UAT)

  • Troubleshoot procurement and contract transaction issues

  • Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, and extensions

  • Ensure alignment with public sector procurement and compliance standards

  • Provide documentation, user guidance, and post-go-live support

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of Oracle ERP experience with strong Fusion Procurement & Contracts focus

  • Hands-on functional configuration experience in Fusion Procurement and CLM

  • Experience working with public sector / government / airport authorities preferred

  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes

  • Ability to work onsite and engage directly with business users

  • Strong communication and documentation skills
