Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Golden Gate Consultant for a short-term remote engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting GoldenGate replication solutions across on-premise and cloud environments, with a strong focus on OCI data migration and cloud integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, implement, and support Oracle Golden Gate replication solutions for on-premise to cloud and cloud-to-cloud data movement.
Lead data migration efforts to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including configuration of OCI GoldenGate, Data Integration, and secure connectivity between on-prem and OCI.
Install, configure, and administer Oracle Golden Gate Classic Architecture (CA) and Microservices Architecture (MA).
Build, manage, and monitor Extract, Pump, and Replicat processes across heterogeneous database environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve replication issues, data conflicts, latency, and cross-environment connectivity challenges.
Optimize performance of GoldenGate processes and underlying database structures to ensure high availability and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate.
Strong experience with Oracle GoldenGate Classic and Microservices Architectures.
Proven expertise in OCI data migration and cloud integration.
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
