Responsible for support of Oracle HCM modules including payroll, recruitment, talent learning.
Configure payroll definitions, consolidation groups, pay periods, and payment methods.
Defined balance definitions, elements, input values, and element eligibility.
Must Have Skills:
HCM Extract, Fast Formula, HDL (HCM Data Loader).
