Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant Absence
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Charlotte, NC
Preferred candidates will have previous experience oracle Fusion HCM Absence Functional Lead and related areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Should have atleast 2 Implementation experience in Absence for Global Company across Multiple Geographies
- Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects .
- Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation
- Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
- Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Absence.
- Experience in Implementing Payroll and Compensation will be desired.
- Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.
Required Skills
- Prepare the functional design.
- Knowledge of Absence and Compensation will be desired
- Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested
Nice to Have Skills
- Active Certifications in the Absence module will be desired
Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Functional Lead with an experience of 8+ years.
- Bachelor's or Master s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
