Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist & Senior Payroll / Project Manager (LMS Techno-Functional) to lead payroll operations, benefits administration, and Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, while also managing Oracle Learning Management System (LMS) projects. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of functional expertise, technical proficiency, and project leadership to deliver end-to-end HR, payroll, and learning solutions for large-scale organizations.
Key Responsibilities
<>Payroll & HCM Cloud</>
- Manage end-to-end US payroll processes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Configure and support Oracle Cloud Payroll including fast formulas, reporting, and integrations.
- Deliver Annual Enrolment & Open Enrolment projects (mandated benefits, leave, sick leave plans).
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Core HR, Compensation, and Time & Labor.
- Support Oracle EBS HRMS (Core HR, Absence, Benefits) where required.
- Lead data conversion activities (HDLs, Spreadsheet Loaders, and HCM Extracts) and ensure accurate mapping.
- Develop reports using BIP, HCM Extracts, and OTBI.
<>Oracle LMS (Learning Management System) – Techno-Functional</>
- Act as Project Manager for Oracle LMS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure and support Oracle Learning Management (LMS) modules, including course creation, learning paths, certifications, and compliance tracking.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations with HCM Cloud, Core HR, and third-party systems.
- Manage system testing, UAT, and deployment for LMS projects.
- Provide techno-functional support for LMS, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for training and learning programs across global implementations.
<>Project Management & Leadership</>
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage system integrators, and oversee project delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Drive stakeholder communication, risk management, and change management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in payroll, HCM, and LMS domains.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in payroll management with a focus on US payroll business processes.
- Proven experience in senior payroll roles within large organizations.
- Strong understanding of Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and LMS modules.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll fast formulas.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Time and Labor.
- Experience managing Oracle LMS techno-functional projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated team leadership and project management experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Benefits in Oracle Cloud HCM across multiple global implementations.
- Knowledge of Benefits Onboarding & Stabilization frameworks.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Conversion processes.
- Expertise in Oracle LMS integrations with HCM Cloud and third-party systems.
- Advanced reporting skills using OTBI, BIP, and HCM Extracts
