Position: Oracle Fusion Cloud Time & Labor Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract opportunity

Job Description:

One of our client is seeking for Oracle Fusion Cloud Time & Labor Consultant to support a full-cycle ERP implementation. This role demands deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud-specifically Time & Labor-and a strong understanding of business processes, configuration, and integration touchpoints. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders through design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Time & Labor module within a broader ERP transformation initiative
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configurations
  • Configure Time & Labor components including timecard layouts, time entry rules, time processing profiles, and schedules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Absence, Payroll, HR) to ensure seamless integration
  • Develop and execute test scripts for unit, system, and UAT phases
  • Provide hands-on support during CRP, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities
  • Create functional design documents for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions
  • Deliver end-user training and post-go-live support
  • Advise on best practices, optimization strategies, and Oracle Cloud release impacts

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations of Time & Labor
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Time & Labor configurations and business processes
  • Experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, BIP, OTBI, and HCM Extracts
  • Familiarity with Absence Management, Payroll, and Global HR modules
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio
  • Knowledge of third-party time systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP) integration
  • Understanding of security roles and profiles within Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Prior consulting experience with public sector or large enterprise clients
