Job Details

Job Descriptions This PM needs to be entrepreneurial, self-starter, and autonomous, driving projects without major guidance and direction. The PM should have 5+ years of project management experience along with experience in managing HR IT projects in the domain of Oracle HR products such as Oracle HCM, Oracle Time & Labor, Payroll etc. This new PM needs to take full ownership for the timely delivery of their projects (4-5 small projects at any given time), within budget, and per original scope with good quality. The ownership aspect is critical; he or she needs to own the successful delivery of the projects they are running. They need to be capable of running 4-5 small projects (~$200K budget) at any given time. In addition, the PM must be very good with basic PM applications such as Excel, PPT, MS Project, and JIRA.
