Mandatory Qualification:

• Experience in the design, configuration, customization, deployment, integration, and performance tuning of the Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite 12cPS4 (OIG + OAM) in high availability mode.
• Experience designing OIG access policies, roles, and authorization based on user lifecycle requirements.
• Experience utilizing troubleshooting skills to debug integration issues involving IAM products, OS, Load balancers, Firewalls, and Application Servers.
• Experience in Oracle SSO products, customizing OAM features such as Header Based, SAML/Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, and Advanced Authentication in a high availability setup.

• Experience with OAAM and/or 12c MicroServices, including developing custom pages, authentication plugins, and SAML profiles.
• Experience in installation, configuration, customization, deployment, integration, and performance tuning of Oracle Internet Directory 12cPS4 and Oracle Unified Directory 12cPS4.
• Experience in the deployment, configuration, integration, and performance tuning of Oracle Identity Manager (OIG) 12cPS4.
• Experience with SOA, including development of custom provisioning and approval workflows.
• Java development experience related to OIM connectors, scheduled tasks, and event handlers, including work with OIM s ADF and Microsoft Graph API for Azure.
• WebLogic experience configuring LDAP, Active Directory (on-premises), and PSFT connector instances for OIG 12cPS4.
• Experience developing and configuring custom Admin Roles, including those with overlapping scopes, for Oracle Identity Governance 12cPS4.
• Experience developing custom Oracle BI Publisher reports.
  Duties/Responsibilities:
  Build and support Oracle Identity and Access Governance (IAM) 12c environments including:

• Oracle Identity Governance (OIG)
• Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
• Oracle Internet Directory (OID)
• Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD)
• Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
• Oracle HTTP Server (OHS)

• Configure and test OIM 12c components such as:

• WebLogic and OIM
• IT Resources
• Scheduled Tasks
• Reconciliation and Provisioning
• Connector Servers (Windows and Linux)

• Create SIT and UAT testing procedures with a preference for automated/scripted testing
• Create and manage administrative roles and corresponding SOA composites
• Document all trusted target reconciliation details thoroughly
• Validate provisioning attributes across all targets
• Ensure processing and setting of trusted reconciliation attributes into user forms, including calculated attributes
• Document all Roles, rules, entitlements, etc. in detail
• Create or modify BI Publisher reports
• Manually perform governance activities related to:

• Roles in OIM
• Provisioned accounts, roles, attributes, and groups in systems like PeopleSoft and LDAP

• Configure and customize Single Sign-On (SSO) in high availability environments using Oracle Access Manager to support:

• Federation/SAML
• OAuth
• OpenID Connect
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• Configure Oracle Unified Directory as:

• Directory Server
• Proxy Server
• Virtual Directory

• Migrate from Oracle Internet Directory (OID) to Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
• Customize Oracle Access Manager features for high availability setups using:

• Header-Based Authentication
• SAML/Federation
• OAuth
• OpenID Connect
• MFA
• Advanced Authentication
• OAAM / 12c Microservices

• Install, configure, customize, deploy, integrate, and tune performance of Oracle Unified Directory 12cPS4
• Enable and leverage API usage in all Oracle IAM components for various use cases
• Develop solutions for running 12c microservices releases (e.g., Advanced Authentication) in containerized environments
• Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Debug internal/external integration issues including:

• Operating Systems
• Load Balancers
• Firewalls
• Application Servers

• Collaborate with Oracle Support, Networking, Systems, DBA, and Application Teams for timely resolution of issues
