Project Overview

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) seeks a partner to provide production support, maintenance, enhancements, and consulting for its Oracle Cloud ERP ecosystem, which supports a $3B annual operation. This includes ERP, Retail, Integration, and Commerce modules, along with upcoming transitions of legacy applications.

• Contract Type: – 1 year with potential to extend up to 4 years
• Rate: Competitive
• Location: Remote (preference for Pennsylvania-based candidates)

Open Roles

1.  Integration Cloud Developer (OIC / ERP)  
   • Develop integrations using OIC, REST, and SOAP services
   • Build and maintain RICE components and custom connectors
   • Support ESS, BIP, RIB, and POM batch processes
   • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to refine integration strategies
    
   • 3+ years OIC integration development experience
   • Proficiency with ERP Fusion, OTBI, and BI Publisher
   • Expertise in SOAP/REST APIs, XML, JSON, and PL/SQL
   • Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Retail and ERP cross-integrations
