Job Title: Oracle NetSuite Consultant
Location: Pheonix, AZ
Role Summary
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Consultant to lead finance system enhancements and serve as a key liaison between Finance and IT teams. This role will own the NetSuite product roadmap, manage service requests and implementations, support engineering rollouts, and oversee incident and problem management. The ideal candidate combines deep ERP expertise with strong communication and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Product Roadmap & Feature Delivery
- Define and execute the NetSuite product roadmap, focusing on Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Multi-Book Accounting, SuiteBilling, and Advanced Revenue Management.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and coordinate SIT/UAT, release planning, and deployment.
- Partner with engineering and development teams to support feature rollouts and enhancements.
Request & Ticket Management
- Manage incoming service requests and support tickets using ServiceNow and Jira.
- Assess, categorize, and prioritize tickets based on business impact and urgency.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution.
Implementation & Delivery Prioritization
- Prioritize and manage multiple implementation initiatives across Finance and IT teams.
- Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic objectives.
- Track progress, delivery milestones, and report on execution metrics.
Finance & IT Liaison
- Act as the primary point of contact between Finance stakeholders and IT/support teams.
- Facilitate governance and prioritization meetings.
- Document business processes, system integrations, and maintain SOX and audit compliance.
Incident & Problem Management
- Lead ERP incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Apply ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
- Monitor trends and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP (or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials).
- Strong knowledge of finance processes including R2R, P2P, and O2C.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and cross-functional implementations.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant).
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience supporting SOX compliance and SOD controls.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.

- SLA compliance and ticket resolution performance.
- On-time delivery of roadmap features and implementations.
- Reduction in incident recurrence and improved MTTR.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and system adoption metrics.
