Oracle Order Management Specialist
Salary: Open
Location: Chelmsford, MA
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field like supply chain management
- Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle GTM and/or OMS implementations.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion
- Expertise in specific modules such as Trade Compliance, Order Management, Shipping, and Customs.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and trade compliance processes.
- Proficiency in SQL
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and processes, gather requirements, and map them to Oracle GTM/OMS functionalities.
- Design and configure Oracle modules like Trade Compliance, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, and Order Management, Pricing, and Shipping.
- Create functional design documents (FDDs), solution blueprints, and configuration guides.
- Work with technical teams to develop custom solutions and integrations with other systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, transportation systems).
- Develop and execute test plans, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during go-live.
- Create training materials, conduct training sessions for end-users, and provide post-implementation support.
- Implement best practices and help minimize customizations to ensure long-term sustainability.
