Job Summary: The Oracle PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Lead will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of PeopleSoft Payroll for North America. This role requires strong techno-functional expertise, deep understanding of payroll and HR processes, and hands-on experience with PeopleSoft technical tools. The candidate will work closely with payroll and HR business users to deliver end-to-end payroll solutions, resolve issues, and support production deployments. Key Responsibilities: Understand and manage end-to-end PeopleSoft Payroll for North America, including configuration and processing steps Configure, customize, and implement new payroll functionalities Set up and maintain HR master data required for payroll configuration and execution Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare detailed technical design documents Perform PeopleSoft development, coding, testing, and support production deployments Create and manage PeopleSoft projects, including pages, records, and PeopleCode Troubleshoot and resolve technical, functional, and operational payroll issues Provide payroll and HR subject matter expertise across business processes, policies, procedures, and systems Collaborate with payroll and HR business users to ensure effective solution delivery and issue resolution Support application maintenance, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements Required Skills: Mandatory expertise in PS PeopleCode Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll for North America Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft configuration and customization Proficiency in SQL and PeopleSoft technical tools Experience with PeopleSoft Online Page modifications Strong knowledge of Application Designer Experience developing SQR and Application Engine programs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to resolve technical errors and system issues effectively Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) Education: Bachelors Degree
