We are looking for an Oracle Team Lead.
Requirements:
- Lead and manage large team members geographically distributed teams .
- Report directly to CXO level. Conduct and manage meetings with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee Oracle implementation, stabilization, and consolidation roadmaps.
- Manage portfolio and project activities, including cost monitoring and governance.
- Requirements 15+ years of experience with complex Oracle projects (Fusion Cloud expertise required).
- Proven experience managing large Oracle teams and projects.
- Have Management Consulting Experience Required to have thought leadership skills Have large delivery experience or program management experience Experience in Change management and stakeholder management Strong presentation and communication skills (oral and written). Ability to translate business requirements into actionable Oracle strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership in portfolio management and cost monitoring.
