  • PL/SQL & SQL strong hands-on development

  • Oracle WebLogic Server

  • SOAP & REST APIs integrations with enterprise systems

  • MDM / AMS, Service Order Management (SOM), Rates Configuration

  • Oracle Analytics Publisher (reports)

  • System configuration, batch jobs, and release testing (OUTA/Manual)

  • Utility industry experience

  • Strong communication & client-facing skills

The CCS Developer will implement, customize, and support Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCS) solutions. The role involves configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, release testing, and close collaboration with client teams while following SOX-compliant development and deployment processes.
