Role Name: Oracle VBCS Developer
Location: Remote Role
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

• Technical Workstream Lead to drive the design, development, and governance of modern web and mobile applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Process Cloud Service (PCS). This role involves leading technical teams, defining architecture, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical workstreams for VBCS and PCS, ensuring alignment with business objectives and program timelines.
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices for VBCS/PCS implementations.
• Design and develop responsive web and mobile applications using VBCS and automate workflows using PCS.
• Integrate VBCS/PCS applications with Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM, and third-party systems.
• Oversee UI/UX design, REST API integrations, and custom logic development using JavaScript and Oracle JET.
• Manage process modeling, BPMN workflows, human tasks, and decision services in PCS.
• Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and governance across all applications.
• Conduct code reviews, quality checks, and risk assessments for technical deliverables.
• Mentor and guide developers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for application deployments.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment strategies.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 10+ years in Oracle technologies, with extensive experience in VBCS and PCS.
• Strong expertise in Oracle JET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Deep understanding of workflow automation, BPMN, and Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM modules.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing large-scale application projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle Cloud certifications in VBCS/PCS or related technologies.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Studio.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security best practices.
• Knowledge of UX design principles, accessibility standards, and performance tuning
