Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant / Senior Oracle EPM Specialist

Location: New Jersey (On site)

Experience Required: 7+ years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM professional with over 7 years of expertise in

designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise Performance Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Hyperion applications, strong functional and technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and support of Oracle EPM solutions (Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting).
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into EPM system solutions.
  • Develop and maintain EPM artifacts including metadata, business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage system integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP/other financial systems.
  • Ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for EPM applications.
  • Stay up to date with Oracle EPM product updates, patches, and best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to advise leadership on EPM roadmap, optimization, and enhancements.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Hyperion applications (Planning, Essbase, HFM, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, etc.).
  • Strong functional knowledge of financial processes including planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Expertise in designing and building calculation rules, dashboards, forms, and data integrations.
  • Proficiency in Smart View, FR Studio, and EPM Automate.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience integrating EPM with ERP systems (Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s).
  • Experience with automation tools, scripting, and API integrations.
  • Exposure to advanced modules like Narrative Reporting, Profitability C Cost Management, or EDMCS.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Prior consulting experience with multiple client engagements.
