Job Description:

Summary:
The OCM Lead will manage the people side of large-scale technology-enabled transformations, especially SAP implementations. This includes change strategy, communication planning, governance, stakeholder management, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.
Key Requirements:

  • Strong OCM leadership background on ERP programs
  • SAP/S4HANA experience required
  • Proven experience designing and executing communication & change strategies
  • Organizational design & transition planning
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Ability to partner across client and consulting teams
  • Preferred
  • Participation in 5+ major business change initiatives
  • Led 3+ large-scale technology-enabled transformation efforts
