Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leader to support our global digital transformation initiative leveraging RISE with SAP on S/4HANA. This role is critical to ensuring successful adoption and sustained change across the enterprise, impacting more than 3,000 associates globally.
The OCM Leader will partner closely with the internal transformation team and a premier global services provider s OCM function to drive and execute the people side of change. This includes managing business role transitions, identifying and addressing change impacts, coordinating training and communications, and developing change materials that resonate across geographies and cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned with the global SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap.
Collaborate with internal and external OCM stakeholders to ensure a consistent and unified approach.
Change Impact & Role Mapping:
Analyze and document change impacts across business functions and regions.
Lead business role mapping activities and help define future-state roles and responsibilities.
Training & Enablement:
Oversee the training strategy and execution plan for over 3,000 associates globally.
Coordinate with training leads and subject matter experts to develop tailored learning journeys.
