Description
We are looking for an experienced Origami Risk Forms Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing Health, Safety, and Environmental operations through innovative solutions within the Origami Risk platform. Based in Brownsville, Wisconsin, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to form digitization, workflow optimization, and mobile-friendly development initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure Origami Risk forms, ensuring compatibility across web, mobile, and QR-enabled platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into effective Origami Risk solutions.
Modernize over 65 legacy forms into streamlined, mobile-friendly formats.
Establish and document standard operating procedures and development best practices for the Origami Risk platform.
Train and mentor internal team members, including facilitating knowledge transfer to newly onboarded business analysts.
Manage and prioritize a large backlog of projects through regular team meetings and strategic planning.
Support the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization.
Conduct workflow analysis to ensure processes are efficient and aligned with organizational goals.
Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights from Origami Risk data.
Requirements
Extensive experience working with Origami Risk, particularly in form development and workflow configuration.
Strong knowledge of business analysis, data modeling, and risk management practices.
Proficiency in mobile-first design principles and QR-enabled form development.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, XML, HTML, and dashboard creation.
Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements with precision.
Skilled in full software development lifecycle processes, including workflow analysis and optimization.
Capacity to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
