Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled PCBA Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, and production of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). This position requires a strong understanding of PCBA processes and engineering principles, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) in alignment with project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, manufacturing, and quality assurance to optimize PCBA design for manufacturability.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of PCBA prototypes to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Implement and improve PCBA manufacturing processes, including surface mount technology (SMT) techniques.
- Document engineering processes, changes, and specifications for PCBAs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) engineering.
- Strong knowledge of PCBA processes and techniques, including SMT.
- Proficiency in PCB design software and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

$85,000-$98,000/year salary
