Job Title: PMO Project Management Resource
Location: Middletown, PA ( Currently Remote , Can be Hybrid in future)
Primarily Remote (Candidates must be within 1.5 hours of Middletown, PA for hybrid/onsite meetings)
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate activities of internal and external staff across multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
Develop and maintain project plans and artifacts using PTC or other established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.
Coordinate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope.
Perform project management duties through the entire project lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing.
Conduct lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
Maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
Adhere to the PTC PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience across projects of various size and complexity.
Expertise in integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow (Idea, Project, and Demand modules) is a plus.
Knowledge of Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.
Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
Engagement / Other Requirements:
Must successfully complete ePATCH background check and ClearChecks National Criminal Background Check prior to engagement start.
Overtime requires prior approval from Project Principal.
Travel for meetings to Commission headquarters as required; travel expenses follow federal GSA guidelines.
No additional travel compensation for resources within a 3-hour commute; rate is inclusive of travel costs.
