Job Description:
IRG Clients is Seeking a highly experienced, certified Project Manager to lead and deliver high-visibility, enterprise-level initiatives supporting public service programs. The role involves end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will operate independently, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects through full lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts such as charters, workplans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
• Track budgets, deliverables, and milestones for grant-funded and strategic initiatives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level briefings and detailed written reports.
• Design and implement process improvements and automated tools to increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• 10+ years of project management experience, including business-focused initiatives.
• Strong expertise in project documentation, reporting, and executive communication.
• Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent project management tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
