Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical delivery of PLM solutions using PTC Windchill and Arena PLM/QMS.

  • Guide a team of engineers and consultants across India and the USA.

  • Configure, customize, and maintain PLM modules such as BOM, Change Management, Document Control, and Lifecycle Management.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable PLM workflows.

  • Oversee PLM/ERP integrations and ensure data integrity across systems.

  • Provide mentorship, code reviews, and ensure best practices in deployment and documentation.

  • Engage with vendors and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and system enhancements.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in PLM systems, especially Windchill and PTC Arena.

  • Proven track record in technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Hands-on experience with Arena configuration, Windchill customization, and lifecycle workflows.

  • Strong understanding of PLM processes, compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO), and digital thread initiatives.

  • Experience with PLM integrations, data migration, and API-based solutions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with global teams (India & USA).

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud deployment (SaaS environments).

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
