We are seeking a highly skilled Palantir SME (Subject Matter Expert) to lead solution design, implementation, and optimization of data integration and analytics workflows on the Palantir Foundry or Palantir Gotham platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Palantir ecosystems, experience working with large-scale data architectures, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, and domain experts to ensure robust and efficient end-to-end delivery of insights and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary expert for Palantir Foundry / Gotham platform implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Lead data onboarding, modeling, and pipeline orchestration within Palantir environments.
  • Design and develop data integration frameworks leveraging Palantir tools, APIs, and third-party connectors.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define use cases, KPIs, and data-driven outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership in ontology design, data governance, and access control models.
  • Collaborate with developers and analysts to build operational dashboards, workflows, and analytical applications.
  • Drive performance tuning, data quality management, and automation initiatives within Palantir.
  • Train and mentor internal teams on Palantir best practices, tools, and development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data ingestion, transformation, and visualization.
  • Stay current with the latest Palantir features, data integration trends, and security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry / Gotham.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and distributed data systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, or Scala for developing custom transformations and pipelines.
  • Experience with Foundry's Code Workbook, Contour, Quiver, or Ontology framework.
  • Solid grasp of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to machine learning integration or AI-driven data analytics in Palantir environments.
  • Palantir platform certifications or partner experience is desirable.
