Title: Payments SME
Location: NC (0nsite)
Seeking a proactive Payment SME to provide Level 2 support, troubleshoot payment applications, and enhance system stability. Responsible for automation, CI/CD pipeline management, and deploying on OpenShift with middleware and load balancer configurations. Requires experience with monitoring tools, certificate management, security compliance, and cloud/container technologies. Collaborate across teams, manage incidents/changes via ITIL processes, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Strong scripting, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of payment systems are essential.
